Call outs are subject to a maximum of 4 during the 12 month term of your agreement. Gaggia operating times are 08.30 – 17.00 Monday – Friday.
A Brita water cartridge and head will be included with the install when taking out the agreement. Upon installation, a water hardness test will be carried out by the installation engineer to determine how many replacement cartridges are recommended throughout the next 12 months. Based on the results, if more cartridges are recommended, a follow-up quotation will be provided by service for your approval and invoiced separately.
All parts damaged through loss or misuse will not be covered.
