The Gaggia Ruby is available in three versions making it the perfect solution for any small to medium location it is available in both one and two group and can be adapted to be used with either ground coffee or Lavazza blue capsules. This machine comes either plumbed or tanked with an easily accessible three litre water tank and easily removable drain pan for cleaning.
