We were first put in touch with Caffeica around 8 years ago when we were looking for a new coffee machine to purchase and for a company who were happy to supply coffee to us on a regular basis ,from the offset we were very happy with the meeting with the rep who explained everything and told us of our best options , we chose our machine and it was quickly installed , any problems with the machine its simple just give them a call , no long waits for replies on email like a lot of companies . The price of the coffee , chocolate etc is very good and you usually receive it within a couple of days of you ordering it , our line of contact in there office is very pleasant and is very quick at getting what ever you need .I personally would recommend Caffeica to anyone who is looking for a machine or even just a coffee supplier . Although the coffee machines are a new feature for us at Venner Shipley LLP, I must admit that it's a joy to get a great cup of coffee at the press of the button. Also, the personal service provided by the staff and maintenance team at Caffeica is second to none.
