As well as offering an excellent range of hot drinks machines, Caffeica also offer a full service and repair package. This involves one of our trained service engineers installing your new coffee machine at an appropriate time that suits you. During installation, the engineer will fit and connect a water blocker, non-return valve and a pressure reducer. These are essential safety features that comply with the Water Industry recommendations. Upon installation, the engineer will demonstrate the use of the machine and provide an operator maintenance demonstration: this will show you how to carry out basic cleaning routines.
It is also advised to opt into our Technical Maintenance Cover. This policy will give you peace of mind that your drinks machine is protected and that you will receive continuous optimum performance from your machine. With this service, there is no limit to the amount of phone support that you will receive from Caffeica. If our technical support team cannot resolve the situation, we will send an engineer as soon as possible to deal with any queries on site. Moreover, this policy includes all labour and warranty parts (conditions apply), and a full, annual service on your machine.
